BECOME A VOLUNTEER!
The Daly City Youth Health Center is looking for volunteers. We are delighted
to offer opportunities for youth and adults of all ages. Print the Volunteer
Application. Complete the application and mail it or fax it to the DCYHC.
Please note that the Mentor Application is
different from the volunteer application.
There are lots of benefits to volunteering:

Here are the volunteer opportunities currently available at the Health Center:
- Clerical support such as filing, light typing, data entry, photocopying and updating our mailing lists.
- Writing articles and editing our quarterly newsletter.
- Medical receptionist internships for students enrolled in specialized training programs. Includes answering phones, making appointments, working with medical records and assisting patients with health insurance questions.
- Medical Records Technician Internships for students enrolled in specialized training programs.
- Conduct research on potential funders.
- Member of DCYHCs Advisory Council.
- Assistance with Annual School-based Immunization Campaign.
- Health Education Internships for under-graduate and graduate students.
- Mentoring of at-risk youth.
