Healthy Relationships

My parents/friends think I spend too much time with my partner. How do I know if I’m in a healthy relationship?

In a healthy relationship:

  • You can balance time spent with your significant other and your friends and family.
  • You continue to do activities you enjoy and are encouraged to do so by your partner.
  • You and your partner make each other feel good, and even if you fight, you work it out and you feel really happy about your relationship.

If you argue all the time, don't feel happy about your relationship, or have stopped hanging out with your other friends, these are probably signs that you are not in a healthy relationship.
