Become a Volunteer!

The Daly City Youth Health Center is a great place to volunteer!

If you are interested in volunteering in the DCYHC Clinic,
please contact the San Mateo Medical Center.

Here are typical volunteer opportunities at the Health Center:

• Clerical support such as filing, light typing, data entry, photocopying and updating our mailing lists.
  
• Writing articles and editing our quarterly newsletter.
  
• Conduct research on potential funders.
  
• Member of DCYHC’s Advisory Council.
  
• Health Education Internships for undergraduate and graduate students.
  

• If you are interested in clerical work, print and fill out this Volunteer Application. Mail or fax it to the DCYHC.
• We’ll call you and have you come in to meet with one of our staff.
• DCYHC is currently looking for volunteers to begin January 2012.

What is the commitment?

• We require a 4 month commitment and for each person to volunteer at least 4 hours per week during regular business hours.
